Booking conditions

To guarantee your reservation, a bank pre-authorization may be made from the reservation date until the check-in date. This will correspond to the amount of your first night at the property. Your security deposit will be fully refunded, provided no damage has been noted by the property at the time of check-out. When booking 4 or more rooms, special conditions and additional supplements may apply.

Secure transaction

Our website uses some of the most advanced internet security technologies available today. All booking processes are secured using industry-leading Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Your information is encrypted and protected through server authentication and data stream encryption. The security certificate used is issued by the USERTrust RSA Certification Authority, accredited third-party company, and is used by the D-EDGE booking system. You can verify the validity of the certificate. Furthermore, the booking system is hosted in a secure server environment equipped with biometric security, firewalls, and other advanced technologies to prevent interference and intrusion.

Cancellation or modification of a service reservation

For Accommodation Services (booking of rooms within an establishment or other types of accommodation), the Customer is reminded that he does not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, in accordance with Article L. 221-28 paragraph 12 of the Consumer Code which excludes this right for contracts relating to accommodation services which must be provided on a specific date or period. For each Service reservation, the Special Conditions specify the terms and conditions for cancellation and/or modification of the reservation. Reservations with prepayment may not be subject to any modification and/or cancellation. Deposits (amounts paid in advance) will not be refunded. In this case, this is mentioned in the Special Conditions.Where the Special Conditions permit:- modifying or canceling the reservation of a Service by clicking on the link at the end of your confirmation email and following the instructions displayed on your screen;- the modification or cancellation of the reservation of a Service can be made directly on the Site via the “Modify or cancel a reservation” section;- modification or cancellation of a Service reservation can be made directly with the establishment, whose contact details, including telephone numbers, are specified on the reservation confirmation sent by email.In the event of a Service interruption due to the Customer, the full agreed price will be charged. In the case of reservations with prepayment before the stay, no refund will be granted. It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of cancellation has arisen.

Cancellation fees

Cancellation fees are non-refundable if you select a non-cancellable, non-refundable rate. For all other offers, please refer to the conditions presented in the booking engine. In case of no-show, 100% of the reservation will be charged and non-refundable. In case of cancellation, if you have paid all or part of the reservation online, this amount will be refunded to you after deduction of the cancellation fees (except for non-cancellable, non-refundable offers).

Taxes

Rates are displayed inclusive of VAT. Tourist tax, government or local taxes may be charged in addition.

Arrival time / Departure time

Your room or apartment will be available at the reception from the time indicated below. On the day of your departure, you must vacate your room/apartment by the time indicated below. Failure to comply with this check-out time may result in an additional night's charge. It is recommended that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the reservation form to advise of your estimated arrival time, particularly if it is late.

Consumer mediator

The Customer is informed by the Hôtel Hôtel Télémaque of the possibility of having recourse, in the event of a dispute relating to these General Terms and Conditions, to a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided for in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code. Once you have referred the matter to the Hôtel Hôtel Télémaque, and in the absence of a conclusive response within 60 days, you may refer the matter to the mediator using the contact details below.
